COMPOSITION OF A GREASE油脂的組成

80-90 % of OIL = LUBRICANT.

80-90%的油=潤滑油

5-10 % of SOAP = It is the support.

5-10%的皂基=支撐物

0-10 % of ADDITIVES = Anti-corrosion, extreme pressure …

0-10%添加物=防鏽.抗極壓

TEMPERATURE AT WHICH A HEATED GREASE GIVES OUT AN OIL DROP

The drop point is not the maximum temperature of use.By safety, the temperature must be 50°C below.

4 Balls welding test四球測試

4 Balls of bearing are dipped into the product to be treated

2 TESTS:

1°) Extreme pressure powder極壓粉

Load by higher and higher steps until the ball welds持續施加壓力直到球體沉入

Welding load:If > 250 Kg = Extreme pressure grease.若大於250Kg=極壓油脂

If = 160 kg = Normal grease.若等於160Kg=一般油脂

2°) Anti wear powder防磨蝕粉

Permanent load (40 kg)持續承載(40kg)

For 1 hour then examination of prints.留下標記並持續測試一小時

The smaller the diameter of the sprint is, the better is the anti wear power.標記的最小倍率.即是較佳的防磨損力

D/ PROTECTION AGAINST CORROSION D/抗鏽蝕保護

Standardised SKF EMKOR TEST符合標準的SKF EMKOR 測試

Left turn the bearing loaded with the grease to test into water or sea water.On/Off period of 8 days.持續8天將軸承注入潤滑油脂放置於水或海水中

then the mineral part (powder)begins to work. This is called the dry lubrication.
